美国Plant Cell Technology公司为商业及研究用植物组织培养实验室和植物种植者开发、生产了旗舰产品PPM™ (Plant Preservative Mixture)，它是一种广谱抗微生物剂，可以杀死细菌和真菌细胞，防止真菌孢子的萌发，并在较高浓度下能消除内源性污染的外植体。研究表明PPM™活性成分可以渗透过真菌或细菌细胞壁，抑制柠檬酸循环和电子传递链等中心代谢循环中的关键酶的活性，并且可以抑制培养基中的单糖和氨基酸向真菌和细菌细胞的运输。PPM™能有效地抑制植物细胞和植物组织培养中的通过空气、水、人传播的微生物污染及内源性污染，而不会影响体外种子发芽、愈伤组织增殖和愈伤组织的再生。并且，PPM™具有热稳定性，可以和培养基一起灭菌，同时比常用抗生素价更低廉，可以作为植物组织培养基的标准成分。

 

The principal PCT scientist involved in the development of the PPM™ application is Dr. Assaf Guri. Dr. Assaf Guri holds degrees in genetics, applied genetics and plant breeding from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Michigan State University in the US. Before joining Plant Cell Technology, Inc., Dr. Guri worked with the Volcani Agricultural Research Center in Israel, Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and DNAP in New Jersey.

●检测试剂盒（部分产品列表）

①细胞增殖与毒性检测：AkrivisBio公司提供多种细胞毒性及增殖检测方案，包括用于药物筛选的MTT法、MTS法和LDH检测法。我们的试剂盒操作简单、高效便捷，可兼容多种样本类型。

②代谢分析：AkrivisBio公司提供涵盖碳水化合物代谢、脂质代谢、氨基酸合成等多条通路的代谢检测试剂盒，用于精准定量代谢物、分析物及中间产物。试剂盒具有精度高、速度快、操作简便等优势，适用于各类样本，并兼容酶标仪、荧光酶标仪及分光光度计等常用检测设备。

③样品分离与制备试剂盒：产品线包含：细胞器分离富集试剂盒（线粒体、溶酶体等）、细胞组分分离试剂盒（细胞核、胞质蛋白、膜蛋白等）、以及TCA/PCA/SSA去蛋白试剂盒（用于分析前去除样本蛋白质）。这些试剂盒提供便捷高效的样本处理方案，分离后的样本可完美适配Western blot等下游应用。

Our areas of expertise include cardiovascular, acute phase, immunotoxicity and immunology biomarkers in species including mouse, rat, rabbit, cat, dog, pig, cow, monkey and chicken. Because of the increasing research into PEGylated biologics we have also developed anti-PEG monoclonal antibodies and ELISA kits for detection of PEG, mPEGylated proteins and anti-PEG antibodies. Life Diagnotics目前可提供用于检测骨骼肌肌钙蛋白-I(troponin-I)、肌红蛋白(myoglobin)、脂肪酸结合蛋白(fatty acid binding protein, FABP)以及肌球蛋白轻链(myosin light chain-1, MLC-1)等代表性标志分子的ELISA试剂盒；主要提供针对检测小鼠、大鼠、兔、狗、猪和猴等种属的检测试剂盒。与肌红蛋白蛋白和心脏型FABP不同，骨骼肌肌钙蛋白I特异性表达于骨骼肌细胞，因此为检测肌肉损伤的首选标志物分子。

 

Life Diagnotics生产的PEG试剂主要包括抗体、ELISA试剂盒以及PE化蛋白。

（1）PEG抗体

（2）PEG ELISA试剂盒：竞争法ELISA检测PEG化蛋白(含甲氧基，或不含甲氧基)；夹心法ELISA快速检测甲氧基PEG(mPEG)和mPEG化蛋白；抗PEG IgG和IgM ELISA试剂盒用于检测小鼠、大鼠和猴血清或血浆中PEG抗体的水平。

此外，Life Diagnostics还提供PEG包被的微孔板和封闭缓冲液，专门设计用于免疫检测PEG或PEG化抗体。大多数商业化的ELISA试剂盒含有去垢剂如Tween-20(一种含有PEG的去垢剂)会干扰PEG的检测。Life Diagnostics公司提供的封闭缓冲液不含去垢剂和PEG, 可用于稳定包被有PEG或PEG抗体的平板。

 

Life Diagnostics除提供多种心肌标志物ELISA检测试剂盒之外，还生产多种纯化的心肌生物标志物蛋白，包括肌钙蛋白I、肌钙蛋白T、肌钙蛋白复合物、肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白等，可提供来自不同物种包括人、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、牛和猴的蛋白。
