AccuraMatrix可根据培养细胞、细胞球、类器官及组织颗粒的培养需要,通过各类生物材料的不断开发和优化以达到在体外最大限度地模仿体内微环境从而实现多种人类干细胞及原代细胞的体外三维高密度大规模培养、扩增及体内外模型建立。AccuraMatrix细胞外基质产品有普适性强,生物安全性高,可植入性,低成本,高重复性和稳定批次质量。可用于干细胞生产,骨和软骨修复,人造腺体,细胞体内植入。

在AccuraMatrix系统可从外周血中体外培养、增殖，获得足够的数量的CTC，进行全面的分子与功能研究，如对肿瘤细胞与正常细胞物理特性差异的研究；对原发性肿瘤、CTC和转移灶进行基因表达谱的比较；对CTC不同表面标志物表达的研究；对CTC进行药物敏感度实验和建立动物转移模型等。有利于肿瘤患者早期诊断、辅助临床进行精确治疗、术后肿瘤复发与转移及预后评估等。

应用场景

AccuraMatrixCTC培养可用于肿瘤无创早诊、复发监测、用药指导。细胞外生物材料技术涵盖肿瘤早、中、晚全阶段，早期高危和高度怀疑患者的诊断(液体活检，基因诊断无法确诊)，

CTC可以通过对肿瘤细胞的病历诊断做到无创确诊；支持低成本长期培养，可以帮助患者建立起抗药肿瘤模型，并提前筛选出药效药物，指导肿瘤复发治疗，利用CTC培养对治疗效果进

行评估，监测肿瘤复发；晚期病人获得肿瘤样品难， 通过CTC为病人寻找有效药物和药物组合。

另外，AccuraMatrix体外培养扩增后的CTC细胞团可用于动物模型构建，支持肿瘤新药研发、监测肿瘤复发、疗效评估和用药指导。

循环肿瘤细胞体外培养 的基质材料优化及其相关临床应用产品的研发，实现了高成功率循环肿瘤细胞体外培养，建立了世界唯一的循环肿瘤细胞动物体内种植方法，成功地利用循环肿

瘤细胞动物模型进行了体内抗癌药物评估。

目前，AccuraMatrix已完成部分癌种CTC扩增培养和蛋白鉴定。

（4）利用3D培养技术体外生产治疗性蛋白

针对生物合成中存在的某些问题，通过在细胞培养中应用不同的生物材料实现了对细胞培养微环境的调控，改变了细胞状态，实现了多种细胞的共同培养，更换表达细胞种类，从而解决了一定的技术瓶颈
